Change policies

To make any exchange or return of merchandise, it is essential to comply with the following requirements:

1. Comuníquese con nosotros al 315 2545192 or go to our point of sale located in San Victorino - Bogota. Calle 11 # 12 - 32.
2. If you are located in another city, please send the product by your nearest courier company to our point of sale with the original receipt (the customer assumes the shipping cost).
3. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, clean and without signs of use. Keep the original packaging.
4. You must make the return or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
5. We will make the exchange and return it to the customer at no additional cost within 30 days.

RESTRICTIONS:

- No refunds will be given.
- Hats made of iraca have no change because it is a highly fragile fiber.
- Many of our references are handcrafted products, so we cannot guarantee uniformity in the products, in terms of textures, colors, even sizes.
- References purchased on promotion are not exchangeable
